1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Glam Toast® ships your order directly from the warehouse to the shipping address you specified. This allows us to offer our products at the lowest possible price point. No shipping costs are charged for worldwide delivery with the Standard Shipping option.
We ship Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day. Weekends are important for our Glam Toast® employees to spend much time with their loved ones.
Packages in Australia usually arrive within approximately 5-10 business days, or with Express Shipping in approximately 1-3 business days.
Packages in Canada usually arrive within approximately 5-10 business days, or with Express Shipping in approximately 1-3 business days.
Packages in Europe usually arrive within approximately 5-10 business days, or with Express Shipping in approximately 1-3 business days.
Packages in New Zealand usually arrive within approximately 5-10 business days, or with Express Shipping in approximately 1-3 business days.
Packages in the United Kingdom usually arrive within approximately 5-10 business days, or with Express Shipping in approximately 1-3 business days.
Packages in the United States usually arrive within approximately 5-10 business days, or with Express Shipping in approximately 1-3 business days.
Packages in other countries (worldwide) usually arrive within approximately 7-14 business days.
Please take into account a processing time of approximately 1-3 business days. In rare cases the shipment can take up to approximately 20 business days. This has to do with the logistics status of the shipping company, customs or holiday seasons, and is completely out of our power. When your country is not listed at the checkout, please contact us to ask about your shipping time.
Please note that Glam Toast® is not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered, nor when delivery attempts have been made. Please contact your shipping company. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
Glam Toast® is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to worldwide shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
2. ORDER STATUS
If you have opted for Standard Shipping, the status of your package can be tracked to a limited extent. We kindly ask you to wait for the maximum delivery time of 20 business days, after which we will gladly help you further.
Have you opted for Plus Shipping, Top Shipping, or Express Shipping? Then follow the status of your package with the tracking code that you received by e-mail after the shipment of your order. Note: it can take a few days before the shipping company has processed your tracking code into the system. Please contact us if the tracking code still does not work 5 business days after receiving.
3. HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ACTIVEWEAR
To ensure the longevity of your piece please follow the below care instructions;
Do not machine wash
Hand wash only
Cold water only
Do not apply bleach or fabric softener
Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean
Air dry only out of direct sunlight
Lay flat to dry - do no wring
Store in a cool, dry place
Do not leave in direct sunlight
Keep light and dark fabrics separate as colours may bleed
4. EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Glam Toast® wants you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you are welcome to return Glam Toast® products in an unworn condition within 14 days of receiving them and we will happily exchange or refund you.
The items must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt) and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Discounted and hygiene items cannot be exchanged or returned. To ensure the hygiene of our items, you cannot exchange or return undergarments.
When trying on your activewear for the first time, please do so over your underwear.
If you return the product:
All items should be returned in original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious underwear has not been worn.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and required to include a return tracked courier bag.
If the product is defective, we will refund the cost of your return shipping.
If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of the returned items will be restored to you within 14 business days. If we have delivered the wrong item, you are entitled to receiving a new order for free. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. If you have questions about your choices and sizing, please get in touch.
Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse, but contact us for the return address in New Zealand. Glam Toast® will not be held liable for any lost returns. You need to use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.
5. REFUND POLICY
After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. After the approval, the exchange or amount will be processed within 14 working days. If the item or packaging is damaged, we can pass on the value reduction of the item to the customer. So treat the item with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account number again. Then contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
