Addressing Concerns During the COVID-19 Disruption

It is certainly not business as usual these days as our friends, family, neighbours and customers cope with the stress of the COVID-19 virus spread and its disruptive effects on our society.
Here at Glam Toast we are following CDC guidelines to keep our Team safe. We have expanded our normal work-from-home benefits, staggered our in-office schedules to keep distance between people, and are sanitizing even more than usual.
In doing so we are able to maintain our normal Customer Service hours and our regular shipping schedules.
What has changed
Our Returns and Exchange policy has been expanded until further notice to allow returns past the normal 30-day time period. Customers who may not feel safe leaving their homes, those who may be affected by the virus or caring for someone who is, our medical professionals and essential workers who simply don’t have time to deal with the return/exchange process at this time, may return their orders when they see fit (please note that the regular return policy concerning wear/care/condition does still apply).
